Preparing children for a BRIGHT tomorrow
Bright Star Learning Center offers a variety of enrichment and advanced learning classes for Preschool and Elementary School age children.
As an afterschool program, the Bright Star Learning Center works in conjunction with home schooling, public and private school education.
At Bright Star we take a fun, creative environment add nurturing teachers who specialize in early childhood education and sprinkle in innovative and engaging classes. Mix it all together and you get Bright Star Learning Center, quite simply the best way for your early learner to spend the afternoon.
Our Philosophy
Researchers and educators around the globe agree the early years in education before the age of 12 are the most crucial for brain development. Skills and knowledge acquired during these early years provide the foundation for future educational and professional success. At Bright Star Learning Center we offer curriculum rarely available in classrooms today.
It is our mission at Bright Star to inspire children to pursue their passions and lead lives of purpose and excellence.

“America cannot maintain its innovation leadership if it does not educate world-class innovators …Unfortunately, available data suggest that we are failing to do so... Our current expectations for what our students should learn in school were set fifty years ago.”
Bill Gates, Microsoft Chairman
America’s international ranking in educational studies has plummeted in the past two decades. United States students continue to trail behind their peers in higher performing nations according to results from a key international assessment. Scores from the 2009 Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) show 15-year-old
US students rank
14th in reading,
17th in science and
25th in math.
